NFL Week 11 Waiver Wire Adds
* Availability in home leagues is noted in parentheses.
Quarterback
Justin Herbert (45%)
- Trending up; Harbaugh called him “half man, half beast”
- Thrown for 275+ yards in 3 straight games
- Last week, easily beat the Titans, so didn’t have to throw much
- Has been rushing more: 30+ yards in 2 of last 3 games
- Finally healthy
- Weapons are all finally healthy
- Could be forced to drop back more against Bengals
- Opens as QB12
Running Back
Jaylen Wright (94%)
- Rookie with high potential entering the season
- Playing well, but clearly the 3rd back
- Against the Rams, appeared to leapfrog Raheem Mostert as the number 2 back; Mostert didn’t have a single carry
- Could be an Achane injury away from RB2 value
- Could offer RB3/Flex value in this role
Audric Estime (95%)
- As Sean Payton hinted, had a much bigger role this week, operated as the clear lead back
- Benefited from Denver playing with the lead most of the game
- Likely to take a back seat to Javonte Williams in trailing game scripts
- Might be in a hot-hand backfield; Marvin Mims also played RB
- RB3/Flex option for now, with fairly limited upside
- Blake Corum has more upside and would instantly become a top-10 option if Kyren Williams misses time
Wide Receiver
Quentin Johnston (59%)
- Only went 2/24 but caught a TD
- In the middle of a breakout season
- Herbert playing well; this matchup could force them to throw
- Good player to have in case he continues to break out
Noah Brown (87%)
- Clear #2 WR
- 97% routes run rate
- Traded to Commanders right before the season started
- Took time to learn the playbook and build chemistry with Jayden Daniels
- Flashed upside with the Texans last season
- Opens week as WR37, fringe WR3/Flex option with this role
Tight End
Will Dissly (98%)
- Has taken over as lead TE for the Chargers
- Maintaining around 70% routes run rate last 4 weeks, including last 2 where Hayden Hurst returned
- 27% target rate last 4 games and 4+ catches in 4 of last 5
- Great cheap one-week flier for people with Trey McBride, Cade Otton on BYE
- Also good if Dalton Kincaid misses; in that case, Dawson Knox would be a great one-week flier
Defense
Packers (68%)
- Solid option facing the Bears, could offer 3+ sacks
- Bears fired OC Shane Waldron
- Unlikely to be a short-term fix with OL injuries/issues
- Packers open the week as DEF3
Kicker
Jake Bates (60%)
- Lions have the highest team total of the week
- Should get into Jags territory with ease
- May be less aggressive, especially on 4th downs, setting Bates up for more FG tries
- Very high floor option
- Coming off game-winner; confidence should be high
- 14/14 FGs and 3/3 50+, including 52-yard game-winner last week
